RIR?

This one was the oldest that my husband picked up at TSC. He thought it was a RIR. Do you think he's right?

Any way to tell if it's a pullet? I honestly don't know how old it is. Sorry for all the pics. I was trying to show different feathering, and this bird doesn't like to stand still!

No its not a RIR. Unless somthings wrong with my screen color or your camera color.

Looks almost to be a Speckled Sussex, but the speckling isn't copious enough....
As of now, it looks to be a pullet.

I think it looks like a hatchery quality RIR or a Production red.

Maybe its my phone screen but the color looks very dark brown to me.
