I recently found a recipe for a natural mouse/rat killer.It contains 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup baking soda. My concern is will it harm my hens and baby chicks if consumed? It said it won't harm animals,so I was wondering if any one has used this recipe to help control the mice in the hen house. Or if you have any other suggestions that might work. thank you.

I would assume it would be okay if it is natural, but maybe someone else who knows more about it will come along and reply.
