I recently recieved 2 bantam roosters who had been raised together from chicks, and were in a pen with a lot of other young pullets as well as probably 4 other roosters. One of my roosters now picks on the other so bad, that he wont come off of his perch unless I go in there to guard him from the other roo. If he gets off his perch and the other roo sees him he runs over and pecks his head down. So for the most part when he is down he keeps his head down, and just scurries over the coop to get water or food.
I am eventually going to seperate these 2 because they are of differnt colors, and I will do this for breeding, but until this can be done is there anything else I can do to help him out? Or is he just a weenie lol!!
