Roo or girls and breed please

    Hi everyone can you please help me with sexes and what my orpingtons might be crossed with i was told all females and buff orpington and other darker ones are orpington crosses. Should mention they are about 14 to 16 weeks old [​IMG][/IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    The dark brown chicken in pic 5 looks like a definite rooster with that big tail at such a young age.

    I think they're about the right age to do this method which I always use.

    So, put a card (card board) up against their neck and look at their feathers that are laying on the card. If they're pointed they're male if they're rounded they're female.

    Everyone looks female to me, if the ages are correct.

    The darker chicken still has a bald spot on the back with feathers starting to grow so not fully feathered yet there I'm really hoping they are all girls they are such cute cheeky things I'll try the bard thing n take a pic will addo when I can thanks everyone :)
