Roo or hen?

Hello, I'm new to the silkie world and would like help on sexing them please. Also what colouring would you say they are.

-First one: Black with silver collar is 8 months old. Hen or rooster and what colour please.
-Second one: Grey and is 4 months old. Hen or rooster and what colour please.

Would very much appreciate everyone's help.

The first one I’m saying is a cockerel. I’m sayings it’s colour is a Silver Birchen. It looks to have streamers, and the comb is very large.
The second one I’m saying is a pullet. And it’s colour is either splash, or pewter
With Silkies you don’t know for sure until they lay or crow.

Thanks for the guess. I've read that it's hard to sex silkies and you can't tell a lot of the time till they start crowing or lay an egg. The first one is so timid and quiet I did start to suspect when I saw the streamers growing, he/she was sold to me as a hen and was told he/she was DNA tested. So don't know what's happened here

First is a mixed color cockerel and the second is splash, not sure on gender.
