Roo or Pullet?!? and what breed?

My bantams are 10 weeks old, I'm think pic 1 is a pullet and pic 2 is a roo. I have no idea what breed they are, kind of hoping their either a golden phoenix bantam or an old english game; opinions please

I think both are cockerels but I'm not an expert. They both have a lot of red for 10 weeks.
