Roo w/ swollen head?

I have a year old roo I found in the back of the coop and his head's swollen and he can't open his eyes because of the swelling. Not wanting to eat or drink so I've been giving him water etc, through a syringe. Any ideas?

Could be "Avian Rhinotracheitis 'Swollen Head Syndrome'

or mycoplasma gallisepticum

You are going to need to get antibiotic in it STAT! and also vaccinate your other chickens too.

Thanks! I have been giving him antibiotics in his water w/ the syringe, guess time will tell.
