I have a very good Silkie Roo. He sleeps next to the front porch under a bush. He is very good about sleeping until at leaset 6-7. (This is a blessing compared to the others that crowed all night long!) Well, this morning I had to run to the truck early (right after 6) and he woke up flapped his wings and crowed a few times. When I ran back in the house and quickly turned off the porch lights, he never crowed again. When I left about 7:15 he got up again and did his wing flap and started crowing for his day. What a good little roo to go back to bed!!
