My chicks are about 1-1/2 weeks old and most of them have tails. I believe my chicks are crosses from RIR, Wyandotte and Araucana. This chick has the most prominent tail

I do not get it. All chicks should grow tails. Some are sexed by slower tails feathering or faster, but only SOME breeds, not all. Like I have a pair, a pullet and a cockerel. At a young age both have the same feathering.

Your bird is a bit young to accurately sex.
In a few more weeks we should be able to give you a reasonably accurate guess.
Feather growth in most breeds isn't a very good indicator of sex. Each bird grows at their own rate.
Very cute chick, by the way.
