My roosters ran off a hawk! They get special treats this week! The hawk landed in the run to try for a meal (no room for the swoop attack) and was faced down by my 3 dark brahma roos! Way to go boys! This hawk has been watching them for weeks, usually my dog scares it off (we trained him to bark and go nuts whenever he sees or hears the hawk, not attack, just bark and run around and such).

Quote:No feathers. I think he landed, saw how much muscle my girls keep around, and decided he better not stick around. As I was walking toward the coop I saw the roos around something, then the hawk flew up into the tree.
