Rooster and Guinea Fighting

So I got a male and female Guinea about three months ago to go along with my one female guinea and everything was fine until about a week ago when the male Guinea has it out for my rooster. The rooster is so laid back he does not bother any of the other ducks and chickens or guineas but this male guinea will go and just dart off after him and attack him. I have seen him chase the rooster all the way around my house. I don't want to have to get rid of the guinea but I am over having to chase this thing away from my rooster and watching my rooster get the blunt end for not doing anything. Any advice??

I can keep them locked out of the coop at night and then let them out free range on their own but I also like to let the chickens out to free range as well. I don't know if this is just a spring macho man thing or if this how he is always going to be.
