Rooster confirmation

So I am a beginner at most of this but I am pretty sure we have 2 roosters here. They are around 12 or 14 weeks old and really hardly ever crow (at least I'm pretty sure that's what their doing). I am unable to upload the video of them crowing but here is a picture. Can someone just confirm for me before I have to find them a new home?
