rooster???eggs????

    YES. they taste no different.

    Until the egg is incubated by the hen sitting on it, it is simply a fertilized egg. No cell division is occuring, therefore no embryo is developing.

    If it weirds you out don't do it. <shrug>

    But otherwise, assuming you collect the egg promptly and refrigerate it, there really isn't much of any difference.
