ROOSTER FOOT SCALES PEELING! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. i was looking at my rooster feet and saw pink spots and saw his scales are peeling off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyone know what this is? its -50 out so if the cold has to do with it..? Please help!! if you need more info i can respond fast.

    He may have scaly leg mites. Treatment is to coat his legs and feet with vaseline for a few days.
     
  5. I dont know, its kinda pinkish with scales peeling off


    oh and were in AK, ya I know, this is one of the coldest winters we've had

    Without a picture, I would lean toward leg mites and treat as suggested above. Frostbite would likely hit the toes first .
