rooster in the making, a late bloomer or a different breed of chick???

    Hi all we are trying to figure out if we may have a rooster in the making, a late bloomer or a different breed of chick in the mix. Our Buff Orpington's will be 4 weeks this week....

    This is Nugget she was and still the smallest of the chicks we have and the one in question. No tail feathers as of yet and her coloring is a little different, she does seem to have more of the fuzzy baby chick look still as well.

    some are slower too matchure than others its to young too tell right now

    Could be low chick on the pole. Maybe getting shoved out of the feed and not getting as much as the rest.
