Rooster lost feathers

When I let the gang out this morning, the roo has this bald spot on his back. Just above the saddle feathers. He doesn't act like it bothers him, no one is pecking at him, yesterday he was not this way, there is no blood evident.
I checked for varmit evidence in the coop, have read here about mice & rats causing similar conditions, but no sign of those.
None of the girls have any such condition, they are producing eggs.
I need advice on what to do next. This is our first chicken experience and our first time with a problem.

That looks like picking from other birds. I'd keep an eye on who is roosting next to him in the coop because that is likely your culprit. Is he your only roo?
 
There is another roo, he is much smaller and scared of this one. The small guy stays in the coop most of the time, when I chase him out to clean, the big one chases him around until he goes back in the coop.
