I finally got the pictures on! lol I had to do it on the laptop instead of my phone.
Anyway... This is big blue. She or he is "supposed to be" a hen. She's 6 weeks old.
She's always had a lot brighter comb, and I'm just getting into chickens so this is my first experience besides the Ameraucanas we bought for our kids to show at the local fairs, and they are 3 months... and sex is apparent already. (plus the guy we bought from knows his stuff. lol)

Can you guys tell from the pictures? I took a few views.

***ALSO*** we bought the show chickens for my sons to show...they are nervous about handling them--
do any of you in Texas have a lead on easy-going breeds of bantams in Texas that would be show quality?
I'm thinking that's what we need to start with.
We were looking toward Seramas...but are open to any small bantams to start with.

    Thanks in advance!!

    My Coop
    Looking like a cockerel there.
Regarding bantam breeds for showing, I would suggest some nice bantam cochins or OEGB.
