Rooster or Hen? Please help! Thanks :)

Hello, this is my first time having chickens and Im not sure what gender they are. One is a RIR and the other one is a Barred Rock. The are 18 weeks old. The RIR is more protective then the other one and doesn't like to be touched and my other one loved to be held. If you know what gender they are please leave a comment. Thanks for reading this.

I am not an expert on either breed here but my guess is girls for both. Maybe with a bump the experts will weigh in.

Also friendlyness is deveoped by early handling, individual personality as well as breed tendencies. It doesn't necessarly mean roo.

I have a RIR and Barred Rock and my girls looked very similar to yours at that age. So I say both are pullets.
