Today I noticed two of our flock started crowing... but I have been told a hen can crow too if there is no roosters. How can I be sure they are both roosters?[IMG][/IMG]

Yep, those both look like cockerels.

    How old?

A crowing hen is usually an older, dominant hen.

You have two frizzle bantam Cochin roosters (or mixed Cochin as feet are not yellow).

I'm guessing at about 3 months? or maybe 4 months? of age? Cochins telecast very early with large red combs for males. (You can see my bantam Cochins at 3 to 4 months of age in my byline pics below).

Crowing hens are not that common and due to a hormonal imbalance usually at "henopause."

Sometimes it kicks in with the dominant hen in a flock, but only because she is usually the oldest hen and hitting "henopause."
