I bought some chickens at 2 months old according to the breeder. I already had an Ameracana that was a Rooster now I am worried about my other two. I think the Barred Rock is a hen but what bout the Rhode Island? She was a bit smaller when we got her. We have had them for 13 weeks so they are between 15-21 weeks old according to that breeder, which I don't really trust.

Your Rhode Island looks like a hen to me. I don't see any pointed saddle feathers but a better picture of her back would be conclusive. ;)

    Pair of pullets.
You would see some signs of male specific plumage at that age. And the comb and wattles are way too small and light colored to be cockerels.
