Rooster or Hen

I recently got a couple chickens and was wondering if this is a rooster. It’s a Cochin and about 11 weeks. I can get a better picture if needed.

that much development at 11 weeks says roo to me. I don't see any obviously male feathering, but it's a bit early for that anyway, and I can't see the shanks and feet. Can you take a photo side on too? (showing the whole bird.)

Partridge Cochin Pullets have an entirely different pattern. I am sorry, but there is no way it's a pullet

Ok thank you. This was a huge help. I have a silkie that is 99% a rooster. It’s only 8 weeks so not definite. The two roosters have been raised together and I have 9 hens, who have also been raised with the roosters. Is it possible to keep both of them and keep the peace.
