Based purely on age and looks I'd think Cockerel because dang are those some wattles for a 5wk old. I have 16wk old pullets barely getting wattles in. Males typically get comb and wattles first. Watch for the neck feathers if they get pointy and slim high indicator and if they get saddle feathers that are long. That's early signs, crowing can happen in a few weeks to for some. It's possible to be a pullet still but it seems really early for wattles on a pullet.

The coloring is imo gorgeous I have australorps and love looking into their deep brown almost black eyes it's mesmerizing. Hopefully if it's a rooster either it has a good nature or tastes good depending on how and what your raising chickens for. Post again in a few weeks to confirm gender and see how the feathers come in. I enjoy seeing them change from little scruff balls with tufts hanging off their feathers into feathered mini chickens.
