Rooster or Hen?

Can anyone tell me if this 10-week-old is a rooster or hen? Not sure what breed it is because we got the fertilized egg from a farmer for one of my BO's to hatch. I'm thinking it's a rooster because 1) some scratchy honking noise he tries to make lately 2) his mama has turned against him 3) he likes to jump on top of Lulu, who's head honcho.
