Rooster or Hen?????

At what age should I be able to start figuring out who's a rooster or a hen?
What do I look for to figure this out.
8 of my chicks are Bantam and 2 are delaware-rhode is. mixes-ot sure if the type of chicken makes a difference.

They all grow differently but usually 4-8 weeks you can tell. Post pics and people here will also help you.
