Rooster or hen?

I was given this chicken from someone who was unable to have chickens and I was told she was a pullet! But I have my doubts any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

When we got her/him she was already 3-4 weeks old so I'm guessing she is about 10-12 weeks olds
