ROOSTER OR PULLET ??

Its doesn't crow. I brought it in side my home to see if it does but no crowing. It does have. A comb as yoi could see in the pictures but a small one and the other silkies were pecking on it to. Oh and its between 5-6 months
 
I don't see the comb, but I would say if it's not crowing at this age it must be a pullet. Do you have any roos? Mind you I'm a total novice.
 
It was with 2 other roosters. Same age. Tje other roosters started crowing today. So I'm just waiting on this one. It makes noise but no crowing.
