My chick is about 3 hours old.Can any one tell He is a Rooster or pullet.This photo is take now.What breed he is.Can you give a name for this chick

I think that it's too young to tell breed, or gender. It may be easier to tell when "it" is feathered in. Even then, I'm not familiar with many foreign breeds.
