Rooster question

When will my rooster be able to fertilize eggs to my 1 year old hens. the rooster is 3 1/2 weeks old

Although you have a bunch of time before you get to that point, depending on the breed anywhere from 16-20 wk's maybe sooner, maybe later. you will have to check the eggs for fertility manualy by cracking them open as you see him start topping the hen's.
