Rooster?

Let one of my hens hatch out some eggs about 5 weeks ago. I have a mixed flock so i know whatever it is is a mix but is he/she a roo? I know i def have one rooster comb and wattles are starting and its red but this one is throwing me. The comb is developing and turning sorting red. I know time will tell but opinions please.

No coloring is mainly on the chest

Did you check the feathers that are just starting to grow in, all the way down by skin?

Yes.

I checked and no white on the shoulders. Those feathers are growing in black with the sheen of the ayam.
I checked another one that looks exactly like this one but no comb development and that one has white spots on either side not on the shoulders but on the wings looks like eyes when it fans them out. Very cool looking, Will try to get pictures when my kids come home and I have some help.
