Rooster??

    I have 8 beautiful island read....8 weeks old. Is it ok to give them wild bird seed for treat??

    My girls love the wild bird seed that I feed the cardinals and dove. Doesn't seem to hurt them one bit!

    Greetings from Kansas, ksmbeach, and :welcome. Pleased you joined us. I agree with the above. Most bird seed is milo, sunflower seeds, cracked corn, millet, maybe some safflower seeds...all are appropriate as a treat. Best wishes and enjoy BYC

    Wild bird seed is an excellent treat. Just make sure that treats such as seed don't exceed 10% of the diet total.
