If you want to know the breed I'd say he's a game bird, probably American game or a large fowl OEG (I think those exist?). There's not many breeds that require the comb/wattles to be dubbed, unless you adopted him from a rescue or a breeder where he was being used for fighting, probably splash or paint colored, not sure : )
