Hi guys, this is my 4-5 week old a white Plymouth...Is this looking like a rooster? First time chicken owner

Looks male, and also looks like a Cornish cross to me.

Thank you guys. Unfortunately we aren’t allowed roosters and my son is going to be devastated but it is what it is. Hope he can get a good home.
