Rooster

    I live in Virginia near Richmond. My rooster got killed about a week ago and I am looking to get another. Does anybody know were I could look or find one?

    You could put a post at your local feed store or go to a small animal auction. Beware letting people know you want a rooster is like someone saying I would like a cat, you will be flooded with offers. You could very well find a roo here. Usually people wanting to get rid of roos do so because they are becoming aggressive or so, but some are just beseiged by to many cockerels in their hatch.     i wish i lived near you. i have two very pretty blr wyondotte boys that i'm looking for homes for. i have a total of 4 of them and that's waayy too many for my breeding purposes. but they're such sweet guys, i hate for them to get eaten.
