Roosters dying no signs of illness

I had 4 roosters die within 4 days no signs of illness at all the only thing is one had a little trouble breathing but was fine then hours later he died. I had on die this afternoon and i noticed in the coop there was bloody stole so before i disposed of him i checked it butt and there was sticky blood coming out of his butt. All my roosters are dropping dead it is only roosters can anyone help!

If they have blood in there poo it points towards coccidiosis, I don't know much about it but you could do some research.

Edit: If you have a majority of roosters, its worth taking one to the vet as they could treat the whole flock,
