Roosters & Layer Feed

    So I'm Sure It's Not A Big Deal.....
    But Roosters Eat The Layer Feed...... Its Primarily For Hens..... Should Roosters (and The Rest Because It's Almost Impossible To Feed One Chicken Without The Others Around. Lol) Have Some Type Of Special Treat Too. They Must Do Fine Becuase I'm Sure They've Been Eating Layer Feed For As Long As It's Been Around, Guess I Was Just Curious.

    He'll be fine. Roosters don't eat as much as a hen in lay so the extra calcium seems to not be a problem.

    Mine eat the layer feed, and I've never had a problem. Like you said, how could you possibly feed the rooster separately?
