Roosters left eye is completely shut, won't open

Hi all,
As of yesterday, my beloved roosters right eye completely closed, i tried to slowly open it with my fingers but it won't so i left it.
He has beautiful big eyes and its really terrible to see him like this.
Heres 2 photos of his both of his eyes.
Anyone help please?

Apply warm moist compresses to his eye to see if it will open. Than apply opthalmic antibiotic ointment to the eye.
