Roosters or hens?

    Hi :)
    We bought 9 straight run and 6 pullets trying to get a variety and also ran into the six chick limit at a few different stores. So we have some I am wondering if you experts can sex before I give the extras and Roos away.. [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][/IMG][​IMG]

    Oh thank you! I hope one of the araucana will be a hen. The grey speckled one especially.

    You have Easter Eggers, not Araucana.

    The only place you can get true Araucana is from a breeder. No hatchery or feed store offer them. They offer Easter Eggers that they label as Araucana, because they think that using the rare breed name makes them sell better.

    Ahh well that's wonderful news for me! I hope two of them are hens looks like the one I liked that's bright red may be a roo I'll snap a picture in a moment
