Roosters or hens?

I have these 4 little chicks, they are 1 month and 4 weeks old. I know the golden laced one is a female and i THINK the grey naked neck and the light grey looking polish crested one is a rooster. Could you guys tell me who’s a rooster and who's a hen. Here are some pictures:

The NN is a cockerel. The polish I'm not positive because the crest is kind of dirty. I'm leaning towards pullet though.
I don't see any gold laced chickens?

Oh I didn’t really add my golden laced because im sure shes a hen lol. Someone else on here had confirmed it and also i picked her out from the “hens” side. Anyways, so the NN is always fighting with the light grey polish crested so I assumed they were both roosters lol. Let me see if i can find a picture of the crested polish where he is not dirty. It rained recently so they all got so dirty and muddy since our coop is not elevated. Here I added a picture of the crested polish and you can see the golden laced in the back. Hopefully you can tell better by these pictures.
