Not sure what j have but I think the dark baby is a rooster? They turn four weeks tomorrow so unsure if it's to early to tell?? Please help!

In my humble opinion you are correct; at 4 weeks that comb is definitely pointing towards rooster.

The reddish bird and the bluish bird look like cockerels. The white one could be a male but looks more like a pullet.
