Our Buckeye roo's butt is red & no feathers. Usually he is standing straight up and yelling, but today he bent over for something and we saw the red,featherless area just below the tail feathers. He didn't want to submit to a closer inspection at the time, I will try to check it after dark tonite. so should I blu-kote the area? Do you suppose it is because someone is picking at him or what? He doesn't seem to be uncomfortable, but it sure looks that way!
