Roosters & spurs

I have 2 roos, 1 of which lost both spurs and the other lost just 1. I find this very wierd, any one else have this happen? They are about 3-4 yrs old.

They are like fingernails. They will most likely grow back-consider it a blessing-now you don't have to worry about removing them yourself
