I have chicks that are 6 weeks old now. There are two that I think might be roosters: a Silver Laced Polish, and a Golden Laced Wyandotte. The Golden Laced Wyandotte acts a lot like a rooster, but only looks a little bit like rooster. The Polish looks a lot like a rooster, but acts only little bit like rooster. So, I don't know! The GLW runs around all the time, tries to jump on top of the other chickens, and is always showing that he or she is at the top of the pecking order. It's a very mean chicken, I must say... My Polish has a really long tail, and is a lot bigger than the rest. Here are some pictures. Thanks!

I'm with ChickenFarmer.

You often can't tell by behaviour, especially if you're comparing your chicken against another breed.

Polish chickens grow their afros like many black people prefer--the women have it back in a cute headband, looking sort of like a fluffy cloud, but mostly behind the head and down the shoulders. The guys have spiky, every-which way dreadlocks. Your Polish is cresting back and down.

The Wyandotte has a pink comb at a very young age for it.
