Roosters?

I'm new at the chicken thing. I tried really hard to get good pictures but both these guys do not like their pictures taken. These are tractor supply chicks from a run group. I'm not sure on breed but I think they both may be Roosters. Not particularly aggressive in behavior but the black one crows in the morning (not all the time though). Interestingly, the black one seems be be at the bottom/lower on the pecking order from what I can tell. At least 2 of my other hens run that one off from the food etc. All the chickens are about 4 months old now and were all raised together. I just don't know enough and the basic backyard chicken books are helpful on feeding and housing but not so much on breeds and sexing.

Yes I think they're both roosters.
Correct me other people if I'm wrong, but they could be Easter Eggers?

They both are Easter egger cockerals.

Great. Not what I wanted but at least now I know! I was leaning pretty heavy that way anyway. Anyone in need of a rooster lol?

Sorry another question since I'm not terribly interested in dealing with cockerals especially just starting out in the chicken world. Not to sound callous but when is the best time to butcher in this case? I haven't really researched this since I was focused more on eggs.

I slaughter extra cockerels at about 14-16 weeks, while still tender enough for the grill and not causing too much chaos in the coop.
