So long story short I LOATH USPS today. I ordered a bunch go hatching eggs. Not only did they NOT call me ( instructions on the very brightly colored fragile box) they left my box all smashed up and yolk out the side dripping in a mail box. I have three eggs from the box that are not cracked so I decided to wash them up and put them in the incubator. I realized after about two hours shoaled I take them out? It smells bad. I usually have my own eggs I can hatch but this is a different breed. The place is replacing them and then I pick up at the post office on Thursday. Should I even try with these ones or just let it go? This box was smushed and I mean bad. I think I am more concerned for the smell. Will it go away if I keep these eggs in if they area ok. Or is there something I can do to mask it? And another point tp make I did candle them and no cracks and or anything that would be bad in my opinion.
