I found a roundworm in one of my hens poop today. Will Apple Cider Vinegar kill the roundworms? If so is there an egg withdrawl?

No ACV will not kill roundworm.
You need a proper worming product. I don't know what is available in your area but any product containing Flubendazole will deal with roundworm.

Safeguard (paste for horses or liquid for goats) from Tractor Supply will work. They are both 10% Fenbendazole.

14 day withdrawal I think is suggested but there is a thread here somewhere on how to make a low dose mash without having to use a withdrawal period.

I too have found round worms in the poo. My 4 chickens are 16 months old and this is the first time I have found worms. I will try to get safeguard paste or liquid tomorrow but how much and for how long should i give. I am on info overload on this subject. Been researching for days and and keep getting conflicting info on the internet.

If you navigate to my articles page you will see this article:
You need to dose each bird individually depending on how much they weigh.
