Roundworms and Capillaria worms treat every 10 days or daily?

My wonderful dog vet less wonderfully diagnosed my dogs and chickens with roundworms and capillaria. She treated the dogs but is not a chicken vet so that is on me.

I got panacur and dosed the girls. I read for the roundworms it is every 10 days of treatment but for the capillaria it is every day. Which is it?

How much did you give each chicken? They need to have 0.23 ml (or roughly 1/4 ml) per pound.

I have Buff Ophingtons who according to my scale were about 3.5lbs so I gave a bit less than 1ml for chicken.
