Royal Palm poult development and coloring

So I got 4 RP poults from a feed store last week. They are now about two weeks. One had started showing the black RP coloring, but the others are still white. The colored one has also started strutting today. At what age should the black start to show by? Am worried that the other three aren't RP...or could they just be slower to develop because they're hens? It would a miracle if I got 1 Tom and 3 hens...so maybe just wishful thinking. Lol

some of the birds wont show white as much as others, especially when they are so young. doesnt necessarily mean the one is a tom. you wont know for sure sex until they are a few month old.
