Rumpless breeds

I bought 11 one week old chicks in March from Coastal. Absolutely zero were what they claimed except my SR jungle fowl that turned out to also be a pullet, yay. ☺ I have ID'd the rest of my flock, but I have two that were sold as sapphire olive eggers. One of them mostly fits that description (has not layed yet), and the other also looks it, except she is rumpless. Does this happen with other breeds that are not araucana and if so, which ones? Thanks!

Rumpless can also pop up randomly in other breeds as well.

I've seen it if new breeds were introduced, but not just "oh these purebred Leghorn had a purebred rumpled Leghorn baby"
