Running yellow yolk like poop

This morning when I went to clean the coop, I noticed a large wet area of running yolk looking poop on the coop floor. The hen it came from is 2 years old, eating and drinking normally. I did notice a few days ago her comb and waddles looked pale, but the next day they were red and she laid an egg normally. She did not lay yesterday, however she usually lays every other day so I will keep an eye out for one today. Yesterday I gave the flock some weeds and watermelon, although I didn't see her eat much Melon. Any ideas?

Could you take a picture? My first thought was Cecil poop, but does she have any other symptoms?
