Help!!!! I sold a neighbor some eggs to yesterday-she called me this morning and asked how old the eggs were because when she fried some, the white ran all over. I have been using my eggs for so long I don't remember how store bought eggs do. Do the whites hold their shape better than farm eggs or is something wrong with mine? The eggs I gave her were only a week old & less. She said she was afraid the whites won't "hold" up when she makes a cake? Anyone know what she could be talking about????
